Ken Levy joined the Dunwoody Sunset Rotary Club in 2009 and was nominated to be the president elect at his first meeting. He served as president the following year, moved to our club, where he was named the Rotarian of the Year in 2018. Ken is known for telling jokes during our general meetings and for regularly leading the Dunwoody Diners social events like trips to the Gwinnett Stripers game and the Music Man at the City Springs Theater. Most recently, he donated the bottles for the Whiskey Raffle prize we highlighted separately in this newsletter. He stresses the importance of involving each member's spouse in the club's social and volunteer activities because we want members to have the support of their families. Ken wants to see our club continue to support literacy projects, especially economic literacy for young people.

Ken began practicing law in 1979 and is now a managing partner with Zachary and Segraves, PA. He is a Special Assistant Attorney General of Georgia and is actively involved in several significant infrastructure projects across the state, including GA 400/I-285 Interchange, Buford Highway improvements, the I-285 Express Lanes, the North Druid Hills/I-85 Interchange, and the I-285/I-20 Interchange. While not working or involved with Rotary, Ken has taken 51 cruises, including a trip this past summer up the Rhone River with visits to Lake Como, the Swiss Alps, and the Matterhorn.
