Annette Rollins is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Atlantic Capital Bank - with over 15 years in executive leadership positions and over 35 years in the financial services industry. Before joining Atlanta Capital, she served from 2012-2017 as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for BNC Bank headquartered in High Point, North Carolina. There, Annette was a member of the Executive Management Committee and had responsibility for Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Employee Banking. She was on the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army of Greensboro, North Carolina, and was a member of Women’s Professional Forum. Earlier in her career, Annette held various leadership positions at First Citizens Bank and Trust and Wachovia - all in South Carolina - and served in various community leadership positions including Council Treasurer and Executive Committee member of the Board of Directors for the Girls Scouts of South Carolina Mountains to Midlands Council. Annette earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University. She has several professional certifications, including  the Senior Professional in Human Resources and the SHRM- Senior Certified Professional designation and recognition as a TWIN award recipient by the Young Women’s Christian Association.

Brian Harper  currently serves as Senior Vice President and SBA Division Manager for Atlantic Capital’s government guaranteed small business loan division. In 2019 Atlantic Capital lent over $90 million to small businesses throughout the United States utilizing the U.S. Small Business Administration and the U.S. Department of Agriculture loan programs. Thus far in 2020 Atlantic Capital has provided over $230 million in SBA Paycheck Protection Program loans to over 800 borrowers. A Dunwoody Rotarian, Brian has more than 25 years of business banking and lending experience. He earned a Bachelor degree from Washington & Lee University. In addition to Rotary, Brian is affiliated with the Georgia Lender's Quality Circle, the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders and Georgia Association of Business Brokers.
