William has more than 30+ years of experience in the shopping center industry. He has been employed by Brookfield Properties, formerly General Growth Properties (GGP), for the last 13 years. Starting in September 2007 as the GM for the grand opening of The Shoppes at River Crossing in Macon, GA, William became the General Manager of Perimeter Mall in March 2015, and oversaw the interior renovations that were completed in 2017.

Before joining Brookfield, William was a Regional VP with Colonial Properties based at Macon Mall, led the Grand Opening of  Oviedo Marketplace in Oviedo, FL with the Rouse Company and served as GM for the Mall at Shelter Cove in Hilton Head Island, SC. He started with The Rubin Organization, now PRIET, in the Philadelphia area, at Willow Grove Park and Coventry Mall. Before working in the shopping center industry, William did everything there is to do in the restaurant business except own one.

William currently serves as a Board member and Secretary for the PCID (DeKalb) Board, Treasurer for the Discover Dunwoody Board, and immediate Past-Chair of the Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber Board. He lives in Milton with his wife Lisa and their Weimaraner, Devon Blue. William and Lisa have been married for 34 years and have two sons, Reid (30) in Denver, and Ryan (26) in Charleston, SC.
