
Kim Waters, a career real estate broker since 1988, is a Rotarian whose Rotary journey began
in 2009 as a charter member of her club, Rotary Club of Hall County in Gainesville. Since then,
Kim has served in many Rotary roles, including District Governor for 6910 in 2016-17.
Currently, Kim serves as a Discussion Leader for Rotary Leadership Institute and is Georgia’s
End Polio Now Coordinator. Kim’s passion for polio eradication was ignited during a National
Immunization Day trip to India. She and husband David Stovall are major donors to the Rotary
Foundation. Outside of Rotary, Kim and David volunteer with a therapy dog and are active with
their church.
As a keynote speaker, Kim has spoken internationally and throughout the US, at college
graduations, civic clubs and corporate training venues, on topics including leadership,
branding, communications, and social media.
