NAPA's Royal International Ball Returns, Bigger Than Ever

Last year, NAPA hosted our first K-Pop Dance Party, and it turned out to be one of the most meaningful nights our club has ever put on. This November, that same event returns with a new name and an even bigger vision: NAPA's Royal International Ball: A Ball for All.

NAPA's Royal International Ball is a sensory-friendly celebration built for students ages 12 and up with special needs, including those who are autistic or developmentally different, alongside their siblings, parents, and caregivers. Every honored guest is paired with a peer buddy escort for the evening, so the only real requirement for the night is showing up ready to celebrate. Guests can expect a red carpet arrival, live DJ, karaoke, dancing, a photo booth, food and refreshments, and international music spanning K-Pop, Bollywood, salsa, and more. Caregivers always attend free, with access to a dedicated Respite Hall to relax and enjoy the evening too. Last year, we hosted 30 special needs children and their families with 75 volunteers. This year, we expect to serve 100 children and their families, with at least 200 volunteers.

This year's Ball takes place Saturday, November 7, at Alpharetta Presbyterian Church. What began as our K-Pop Dance Party has grown into a full royal evening, and we've kept everything that made it special while building something even bigger for the families who join us.

None of this happens without support. We are actively seeking sponsors to help make this night possible for every student and family who walks through the door. If your business or someone you know would like to be part of a night this many families will remember forever, learn more and get involved at naparoyalball.org.
