In 1916-17 Rotarian R. D. Quisenberry of Montgomery, Alabama, became District ' Governor. The geographical division retained the numerical appellation of District Five, and still included Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
There were no clubs formed in Georgia during Governor Quisenberry’s administration.
